Anti Virus blocking Artic X
Your anti-virus could be responsible for stopping the program from running. Learn more on false virus detections here. Other AV's may require watching a tutorial.
Corrupted Files
Again, this is due to your anti-virus removing files from the folder. Make sure to disable your anti-virus and re-download the Artic X files in the case that files were deleted.
Unsupported Operating System
Artic X is not available to all operating systems. More information here.
